The Controller employs technical and organizational measures to protect Users’ privacy.
The Controller ensures that the processed personal data is protected with a level of security appropriate to the risks and data categories. In particular, the Controller protects data against unauthorized disclosure, theft, unauthorized processing, damage, or destruction.
The Controller ensures control over what personal data is processed and to whom it may be transferred, and maintains a register of persons authorized to process data.
By registering on the Controller’s websites or placing an order for products or services, the User expressly consents to the processing of personal data.
The data provided by the User is used for the following purposes:
- proper performance by the Administrator of its obligations arising from concluded contracts (order fulfillment),
- proper performance of other necessary activities within the framework of the contract (accounting, customer contact).
- fulfillment of legally justified purposes, i.e., pursuing claims arising from business activities.
The Administrator is authorized to disclose personal data only to entities authorized under applicable law, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
The personal data and information contained in the form will be used by the Administrator to conclude, amend, and terminate the contract with the Client and to ensure the highest possible quality of services provided.
Providing data is voluntary. The Client has the right to modify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and transfer the data.
The data will be used for the purposes of concluding the contract, filing complaints, and terminating the contract, for the duration of use of the services provided by the Administrator on various websites.
Data is archived for 10 years from the first order, taking into account the above-mentioned right to be forgotten, i.e., deletion of data. The Client requests data deletion by sending an email. The Administrator immediately deletes the data from the database.
When the User expresses their willingness to be bound by the contract, the Administrator provides information about their rights. This information may be provided in writing.
Users’ personal data may be shared with third parties with their consent if this is justified by the nature of the service and is intended to ensure the proper performance of the Administrator’s tasks.
Electronic communication between the User’s device and the Administrator during the collection of personal data is encrypted (SSL). The databases are secured against unauthorized access by third parties.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (until May 25, 2018, GIODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
